When you want your business to be more profitable, consider implementing employee incentive programs to motivate your employees in achieving goals. However, they must be implemented properly and must definitely suit the nature of your business and your employees.

Incentive programs must be simple and unambiguous. You must have a systematic method to measure your employees' achievement in a quantitative way so that there is clear indication of who gets the rewards.
